General Terms and Conditions of Use
Rules of access, use, intellectual property and limitation of liability applicable to the GLIP and Kockpit ecosystems.

I. Purpose and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions of Use govern access to and use of the digital ecosystems of GLIP and Kockpit. By accessing or using any of our tools, the user fully and unreservedly accepts the conditions set out herein. Non-acceptance of any clause implies the immediate duty to refrain from using the Platforms.
II. Registration and Account
The user agrees to provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information and is solely responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of their access credentials. Any operations performed under the user's account are presumed to have been carried out by the user.
III. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights relating to the trademarks, software, algorithms, graphical interfaces, source code, data models, methodologies and related materials of GLIP and Kockpit are the exclusive property of their respective controlling companies and/or licensors. Any reverse engineering, decompilation, copy, redistribution, sublicensing or unauthorized commercial exploitation of the technology ecosystem is strictly prohibited, subject to civil and criminal liability.
IV. Permitted Use
The user agrees to use the Platforms in compliance with applicable law, refraining from practices that may compromise the security, integrity or availability of the services, and from using the tools for unlawful, fraudulent or bad-faith purposes.
V. Limitation of Liability
The Platforms make best efforts to ensure maximum availability, integrity and accuracy of the tools provided. Nevertheless, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Platforms shall not be liable for:
- losses arising from external technical instability, internet provider unavailability, third-party infrastructure failures or force majeure events;
- business decisions made by the client based on projections, reports, indicators or analyses generated by the tools, the interpretation and ultimate responsibility for which remain with the decision-maker;
- misuse of credentials by the user or by third parties authorized by the client.
VI. Term and Termination
These Terms are in force for an indefinite period and may be reviewed or updated at any time. Continued use of the Platforms after any update constitutes tacit acceptance of the new version.
VII. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, and the courts of the District of São Paulo/SP are elected as the venue to resolve any disputes arising therefrom, with express waiver of any other, however privileged.
