I. Compliance Statement

In strict observance of Law 13.709/2018 (Brazilian General Data Protection Law — LGPD), GLIP and Kockpit act, as applicable, as Controllers (regarding the data of their direct clients, leads and visitors) and as Operators (when processing data on behalf of their corporate clients), applying, in each operation, the appropriate legal basis and the principles set out in article 6 of the LGPD.

II. Data-Subject Rights

We guarantee data subjects the full exercise of the rights provided in article 18 of the LGPD, including:

1. confirmation that processing exists and access to the data;
2. correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
3. anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data, or data processed in non-compliance with the law;
4. portability of the data to another product or service provider, upon express request;
5. deletion of personal data processed with consent, except for legally required retention;
6. information about the public and private entities with which data has been shared;
7. revocation of consent, where this is the applicable legal basis, upon express manifestation of the data subject.

III. Processing and Legal Bases

Each processing operation carried out by the Platforms observes a specific legal basis, among the hypotheses of articles 7 and 11 of the LGPD — in particular: performance of a contract, compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation, legitimate interest and consent. The corporate client, as Controller, retains primary responsibility for defining the purposes and legal bases applicable to the data it inputs and processes through the Platforms.

IV. International Transfer

Any international data transfers occur exclusively in compliance with Chapter V of the LGPD, under adequate contractual safeguards with the respective operators.
